Project description锛? Hangzhou International Convention Center is made up of a spherical main building and an elliptical annex. The main building is functioned as a 19-storey five star hotel, and the annex is functioned as the convention center. There are two floors under the ground which is used for the parking lot, power distributing room and the administration zone.
